Central Harvest is a company whose sole purpose is producing fine chop pit silage. It can process maize, cereal and grass silage. Our aim is to maintain farmer profitability through the production of quality product and the provision of an efficient and reliable service.
There are three parties involved in this company – Brent Stone who operates the mowing side of the operation, Nigel Broadbridge who supplies trucks and operates the loader on the stack, and Robert McCarthy of McCarthy Contracting who operates the v-rake and also provides trucks to the company.
Central Harvest can provide weighing services with a mobile weigh platform and coordination of silage samples for dry matter and other crop testing. The company can also offer cut to length silage covers.
